Answers to questions about how use the TEAM 2D PRO can be found in the AXA Help file. This file is in the AXA\Program directory on your hard disk and can be accessed by clicking on Help from within the Team 2D program. The Help file is frequently updated to clarify any frequently asked questions. Please download the appropriate software updates below to get the latest help file.

Protection Key Not Found

If you get an error message that says your protection key is not found, run the Test Key program under Help. If the ID# is 0 then download the following   file and then run it double-clicking on it. This will install the driver for the protection key. You should see a message on screen that says the driver for the key has been installed successfully.

Once that is finsihed re-boot the computer and the key should work fine.
